Clara performs the repertoire of the late jazz singer Sarah Vaughan. Clara, a Utah native and Snow College graduate, cites Vaughan as an early and potent musical influence. Clara came east in 2022, when she was selected for the USAF big band, the Airmen of Note, based in Washington DC.
